a transformative transitional residence dedicated to guiding individuals toward lasting recovery and a fulfilling reintegration into society after overcoming addiction.
His journey in personal development began in England, where he worked in several renowned treatment centers,
ultimately serving as the Clinical Director of one of Europe’s most prestigious rehabilitation facilities.
Today, he leads VillaRamadas and Believe in You as their dynamic CEO, inspiring hope and change in countless lives.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Eduardo Ramadas da Silva is the founder of the Change & Grow® Therapeutic Model, a powerful and holistic approach built on five core principles:
Truth, Acceptance, Gratitude, Love, and Responsibility.
This ground breaking method empowers individuals to reclaim their lives, fostering deep personal transformation and long-term success.
